Constitution and Bylaws of Richard A. Oman Post 302, as duly adopted by the membership. These governing documents reflect the will of the Post, define our structure and officer duties, and guide how we conduct our meetings, finances, programs, and relationships within The American Legion Department of Texas and the National organization.
Below is the proposed revisions to our Constitution and Bylaws that is being renewed for FY' 2026. These draft changes are being presented to the membership for review, discussion, and possible adoption at a future meeting, following the amendment procedures outlined in our current governing documents. Until formally approved by a membership vote, the proposed Constitution and Bylaws are for reference and comment only and do not replace the adopted version.
